We accept returns within **7 days** of delivery for unused and unwashed items with original packaging.  
Customized or intimate items are **non-refundable**.  

- If the return is due to quality issues or wrong item sent, we’ll cover the shipping and issue a **full refund**.  
- For returns due to personal reasons (size, preference, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.  
- Refunds will be processed within **5–7 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned items.  
- Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering. Color differences may occur due to screen settings.
